What if I’m not there to let the cleaning person in?
That’s okay! Just leave us detailed entry instructions when you schedule your appointment online so we know how to gain access to your home. Your home will be locked when the cleaner leaves.
Please note: Inability to access a residence or property is a shared issue not only that of NolaMaid Services LLC. We understand things can happen but it is the responsibility of the home or property owner to ensure our team has proper access. Failure to access a property and forcing a reschedule [for any reason] is considered a SAME DAY CANCELLATION (see also “What’s your cancellation policy?).
