Do I have to be home while you clean?

Nope! You do not have to be home for your cleaning as long as your cleaner has proper directions for entering and exiting your home. Please offer these instructions when booking your appointment.

Please notee: Inability to access a residence or property is a shared issue not only that of NolaMaid Services LLC. We understand things can happen but it is the responsibility of the home or property owner to ensure our team has proper access.
